The mission of Jefferson Street Missionary Baptist Church is to be an inclusive congregation of baptized believers adhering to the teachings of Christ under the direction of the Holy Spirit. A Church dedicated to the principles of God’s Word through theologically sound preaching, teaching, and evangelizing.  We adhere to Luke 4:18-19 and we continue to see the need to be a community minded, socially aware, and politically active congregation committed to kingdom building.
